Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after receiving it, without providing any reason.
Once you have notified us of the cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return the product.
You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs.

Please note:
The return shipping costs from your home to our warehouse are your responsibility.
These costs are approximately €7.25 per package. For the exact rates, please check with your local carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Ivy&Mae with all accessories included and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.
